WE GOT THE HOUSE!!!

Well, I'm back from my trip to Charleston. I Even got to spend and extra day there due to the weather. The trip was a huge success and I had a blast hanging out with all of my girlfriends! I just wanted to thank Curt and Aubrey for letting me stay with them and use their car while in town! You guys are great friends and I'm so lucky to have you! BIG thank you to Grammy & Papa for taking care of Kennedy all weekend for me! She had a very busy/fun time with them. She is pretty mad at me for leaving her. She wants nothing to do with me which is breaking my heart and making me crazy~ but we are working through her crabbiness! We'll be okay!
The Great news is, I found a house! It wasn't as easy of a process as I'd hoped. We even pulled up to a few and I wouldn't even go inside! I'm so thankful I had the opportunity to go see all of the homes in person because if I had to pick one from pictures online we would have been 2 very disappointed people! The house I did fall in love with is a little further from the Air Force Base than we had originally planned but otherwise it is perfect! Only 37 more days until Kendal is in Cleveland and only 39 more days until we get to move in!! I can't wait!!! Short blog today, don't have too many pictures to share...until next week~ love you all!

My parents sent me a ton of pictures while I was gone and this was my favorite! She had such a good time with them!

William getting to say hi to Kennedy...She yelled his name as soon as she saw this picture!!
I can't wait to get them back together!

Aubrey & I @ the beach~ KID FREE!!!

Our friends Danielle and Adam had Cadence the week we moved to Cleveland so I never had the chance to meet the little princess! Adam is being deployed the first week of July so they threw her an early birthday party so Daddy could be there~ I was so happy I could be there too!!

Kennedy's favorite: Lil miss Kylee and the newest addition to our "little family" baby Brennan!
He is so stinkin cute! (2 weeks old) Congratulations Jason & Alex!
Yes its true, I have never cut grass in my entire life~to me, its "Man's Work" and after trying it, its still "Man's Work" I'll stick to cleaning the toilets, washing dishes and doing laundry~ lol

Our House! 4bedrooms, 2.5 baths and just under 2,000sq ft!
I think it says Charleston all over it!

The Family Room

The Kitchen! I can't wait to start cooking in there!

I have a bunch of other pictures but you'll just have to come visit us to see the rest!!

Happy Father's Day!

Another week is behind us! Less than 6 more weeks to go! I will be leaving this Friday for South Carolina to go house hunting and check up on things at the old house. I can't wait to get there. I am a little nervous about leaving Kennedy for 3 full days but I know she will be in good hands! The thought of plopping my butt down in the sand, staring at that beautiful ocean, enjoying all of my friends company and eating some fried gator tail is helping to calm my nerves a little too!!! I hope by the next time I sit down to write another blog I will have a picture of our new home to share with all of you! This past weekend I celebrated my 26th birthday! I went out for an evening of food and drinks with my girlfriends, ate a delicious meal with my family and even opted for cake instead of brownies this year!! I had a wonderful birthday and am so excited about year 26! I have so many great things to look forward to! Welcoming my amazing husband back home after a very long year, moving into a new home, getting back to normalcy, the many adventures of being a mommy to an incredible little girl, and hopefully, possibly, expanding our little family!!! Life sure is a thrilling roller coaster and I'm looking forward to riding it for many more years to come !!!!

My parents development hosted their annual Garage Sale this past week! The garage was filled with junk, and we managed to make around $400!!! Totally worth it!

Papa and Kennedy waiting for some early bird customers

Kennedy sold a few of her toys at the sale and used the money she made to buy a tricycle at one of the neighbors sales! She surprisingly does really well on it!!

She got a new pool too! The other one she had was a pain in the butt, this one only requires me to fill and then dump! Happy Mommy!

We also found a life size tickle me elmo, while out hunting!

Happy Birthday to me! My delicious cake, complete with my name mis-spelled! haha

mmmm, she loves birthday cake!

Happy Father's Day Daddy!
Giving Daddy kisses!

Helping Papa open his gift!

We went to the annual Duck Tape festival to celebrate Father's Day! The uses of Duck Tape were quite fascinating!

She loved this baby goat until it snatched her sunglasses from her! haha

mmm, lemonade! She only gave me 2 sips out of this whole cup!

Her Favorite, the Carousel! We rode 4 times!

Grammy took Kennedy on the spinning strawberries, when they got off
I wasn't sure who was going to get sick first! HAHA!

We played games too...

Happy Father's Day to the best Dad I know! Love you!!!!

Our Baby is 2!

I can't believe I am blogging about Kennedy turning 2 years old. I started writing this blog when I was 7 or 8 months pregnant with her and to be honest...that feels like yesterday! Now she is running, jumping, singing her ABC's and Old McDonald and has turned into such a smart & funny little girl!! Kendal & I are so proud to be able to say we are her Mommy and Daddy! We love you so much, Smoochie!!! I know I already threw her a big birthday party but how could we not celebrate on her real birthday too! The day started out with an impromptu party with a few of our friends. We finally got to have our Splash Party in the back yard. It was so much fun! We played all afternoon! After the party we went out to dinner with Uncle "Bubby" " Grammy and Aunt "Darla" (papa was out of town on business) and after dinner we headed to the pet store so Kennedy could pick out her very own Dorthy (I'll explain in a minute) This weekend I took her in to have her 2 year old pictures taken, she did great as usual! I hope you all had a great weekend...time is flying! 8 more weeks until we move back home, Only 12 more days until I head down to find us a house and most importantly only 6 more days until my birthday (haha, totally kidding~but I am really looking forward to my delicious annual birthday brownie Sundae...I don't really like cake!!) Enjoy the photos, love you all!!

I went to my High School Cheerleading Reunion this past week! Hard to believe it has been 8 years already. These are 5 of my greatest life long friends. The six of us spent almost 9 years cheering together and are like a little sisterhood. We just pick up right where we last left off...it was such a fun night of laughter & old story telling

THEN...

NOW...
Boy do I miss those days!

SPLASH PARTY!!

The kids LOVE the water slide

All of her friends (eating popcicles)

Opening her presents from Grammy & Papa

She got a new pair of "crocs" which I ABSOLUTELY hate! I think they are the most awful shoes ever...and of course...my daughter LOVES them, she out grew her last pair and I thought that was going to be the end of them..BUT NOOOOO.... now she cries if I make her put on any other shoes
haha

Grammy & Papa also gave her a table with 4 chairs
(I only allowed my mom to put together 2 of the chairs for moving purposes) along with a gazillion dishes and bakeware for her kitchen! She loves playing her Kitchen and now insits upon tea party's quite often!!

Birthday dinner at Red Robin!
She loves that Bird! I think she thinks he is a lost character from Sesame Street!

The Crew singing Happy Birthday to her!

Mommy & the birthday girl!

I'm sure very few of you know what Elmo's World is, but it is Kennedy's favorite, favorite, FAVORITE show! If she ever got the chance to meet Elmo I'm pretty sure she would pass out with excitement! Anyways, Elmo has a gold fish named Dorthy who is a pretty big part of the show. Kennedy sits in front of the TV daily...waving and talking to Elmo's fish. So for her Birthday...

She now has her very own, DORTHY! She loves this fish so much its almost comical! She has even tried to pick it out of the water because she just wants to "HOLD HIM MOMMA, PEEEAASE" haha!

Our Birthday presents from Daddy! (disregaurd my face with no make up)
I LOVE em!

Singing EI-EI-O!

Papa Kisses
