Pumpkin Patch

This past weekend we decided to take a little trip out to a family farm to pick our pumpkins for the fall season! We had such a great day! Kennedy loves to be outside... she is always so happy when the sun is shinning on her. When we got to the farm we headed straight to the patch and found our pumpkins! I, of course, made Kendal jump through all kinds of mud and dirt to find me my pretty little pumpkin! And he had to have one of the biggest ones in the patch! Kennedy got a little baby one to match her size! We then walked over to the hay ride area and loaded up! I thought we were taking a nice little ride around the farm and that was it but when we rounded a corner about 10 minutes into the ride, I noticed a BIG cow walking straight towards us. I said to Kendal, Um, why is that massive cow coming right towards us??? and he started laughing at me. About 10 seconds later, about 15 BIG MASSIVE cows came running toward our wagon! I of course, being the city slicker I am started freaking out and jumped to the middle of the wagon. While Kendal laughed at me and said, its just a cow! I had never seen a cow that close up in my entire life! They had the most disgusting tongues I had ever seen! The tractor driver passed around Cow pellets so we could feed them, but I just sat back and took pictures! Kennedy thought they were the funniest things she had seen yet! The closer they got, the more she would laugh and when Kendal would stick his hand in their mouths to feed them she would smile so big! I guess she has a little country in her after all because mommy was completely grossed out and would not let Kendal come near me with is slobbery hand until he washed it like three times! It was such a nice day! I can't wait until next year! Hope everyone has a fantastic week! Love to all!
