I'm Back!!!

Happy New Year Everyone! My apologies for not writing in a while,
but we haven't had too much going on in the past couple of weeks!
After we got home from Grammy & Papa's we've done our best
to just take it easy.
So far this year Kennedy has been pretty sick on and off.
She has an upper respiratory infection and is starting to cut
her first teeth
(yippie) and mommy has been
fighting a cold and sore throat for almost two weeks now.
Kendal is the only one in the house not sniffling and coughing and is
starting the year out right, he has been exercising and running
again and preparing for his annual PT test coming up next month!
Kendal's co-workers threw their annual New Years Eve Party,
but with Kennedy and I being so sick, we opted to stay home this year.
Kendal just didn't know what to do with
him self...he kept saying "I can't believe we are in bed at 10:30,
life has definitely changed" We stayed in our PJ's all afternoon on the 1st
and I took down all of the x-mas decorations.
Not too many exciting stories to share so far this year....
but we hope everyone is having a great start to 2009 and we are
so excited to see what this year will bring! Love to all!

Her new favorite thing! Just about every morning while I am getting
ready for the day and gathering laundry upstairs she sits in her crib
for an hour playing with her new friends! She talks to them, starts
giggling at them, hugs them and one morning I found her laying
down almost asleep with her little lamb! So funny!

The rest of her toys from Grammy & Papa arrived this week,
it was like Christmas all over again! She just watches that
train go round and round and round...Only one problem,
it only plays one song...Mommy and Daddy are ready for
its batteries to disappear and tell her "it must be broken!"

About Me

Kendal and I have been married for 4 years. We have 2 gorgeous children, Kennedy and Colton, who are the center of our lives. We currently own a home in beautiful Charleston, Sc but with Kendal's career in the USAF things are always changing. We have decided to create this blog as a way to keep in touch with our friends and family who are unfortunately spread all over the U.S. and for our own personal memories! Enjoy!
