Busy Little Bee

Another week is here and gone~ can you believe its been 6 weeks since Kendal left. Time sure is flying by. We had no swimming lessons this week due to Labor Day and Grammy & Kennedy never made it to Gymboree because Grammy came down with a case of Shingles. She is in a lot of pain and I feel so bad for her. We are wishing her a speedy recovery & have our fingers crossed that Kennedy doesn't get the chicken pox as a result. She has been vaccinated so its just a waiting game.
We found many other ways to stay busy this week, we went to the park, took a lot of walks, and watched Ohio sports break our hearts! Mom and I took a trip to the Cleveland Woman's Show this weekend and I came home an AVON representative. I figured I'd try it out for a month and see how it goes! lol Kendal seems to be doing better this week, his spirits are up and I've seen him smile a lot more as well. Only 94 more days until he will be home for Christmas!
I hope you all had a relaxing & fun weekend~ Enjoy the pictures!

Playing at the park

Forget the swings, she is now obsessed with the slide!

Playing Papa's Guitar

Picking & Collecting Grammy's Tomatoes and Peppers

Giving Papa her goods

Before Kendal left, he uploaded about 50 pictures of nothing but himself and Kennedy to a didgital picture frame for her to watch. Just about everyday she pulls the frame to the ground and kisses it, talks to it and I even found her reading daddy a story this past week! It makes all of us tear up every time she does it!

She's so grown up, Kennedy turned 15 months this past week
SLOW DOWN BABY :(

She now refuses to ride in her car...she has to be the one pushing it

She even runs up and down the sidewalk and gets furious if you try to hold her hand =(

GO BROWNIES (even though we lost...but hey, what else is new)

About Me

Kendal and I have been married for 4 years. We have 2 gorgeous children, Kennedy and Colton, who are the center of our lives. We currently own a home in beautiful Charleston, Sc but with Kendal's career in the USAF things are always changing. We have decided to create this blog as a way to keep in touch with our friends and family who are unfortunately spread all over the U.S. and for our own personal memories! Enjoy!
